validator fails if certain styles are applied to text fields

Description

I have the following validator:
The Boolean expression {Urgency} == "Emergency" | {Reason for Change} != "" must evaluate to true .

Urgency is a dropdown. Reason for Change is a multi-line wiki-formatted text field.

If Urgency is Immediate and Reason for Change is blank, the validator correctly fails.
If Urgency is Immediate and Reason for Change is populated, the validator correctly passes.

HOWEVER, if Urgency is Immediate, Reason for Change is populated, and Reason for Change uses any of the following styles, the validator incorrectly fails.

  • Preformatted

  • Paragraph Quote

  • Block Quote

The same is true of all other wiki-formatted text fields.
